What is a topsoil screener?
A topsoil screener uses vibration or a rotating drum to separate material by particle size. As material moves across the screen, finer material passes through the openings while larger rocks, clumps, roots, and other debris are separated out. Depending on the equipment and application, the same screening process is also ideal for sizing gravel, processing mulch and compost, or recovering usable material from street sweepings and demolition debris.
